They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help drive business growth and success. The company has laid the groundwork for success, with an exciting pipeline of fire door projects. As the business is still in its early stages, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variety of tasks, including:

* Winning new business opportunities

* Developing and submitting quotes and tenders

* Estimating project costs and resources

* Liaising with clients from initial contact to project completion

* Managing projects and resources

* Coordinating with operatives and ensuring smooth project delivery

The successful candidate will have:

* At least 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or Operations Manager, preferably in the fire door industry

* In-depth knowledge of fire doors and related regulations

* Familiarity with BM Trada and FIRAS standards

* A NVQ level 6 qualification

* A full driving license and access to a vehicle for nationwide travel

* Two professional references from fire door companies
