Job Title: Senior Pricing Manager - Modelling and Development

Ageas Insurance Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Manager - Modelling and Development to join our team. As a key member of our pricing function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain pricing models using advanced statistical techniques and software tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on pricing-related matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance pricing, with a strong background in actuarial science and statistical modelling.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
