TopCashback is a leading cashback site dedicated to helping members save money on online purchases. As a dynamic affiliate marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with partner brands, affiliate networks, and agencies.

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our UK Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting advertising plans that align with each partner's vision and objectives, negotiating cashback deals, and analysing performance data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting Advertising Plans: Design effective advertising strategies that meet each partner's goals and requirements.
  • Negotiating Cashback Deals: Work closely with partners to ensure competitive cashback savings for our members.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilise data insights to continuously assess and enhance brand performance.
  • Communication: Share key findings and recommendations with partners to drive mutual success.
  • Case Study Creation: Develop compelling case studies to showcase campaign successes and lessons learned.
  • Representation: Act as an ambassador for the Partnerships Team at meetings and industry events.

Salary: £25,642.50 per annum, plus benefits. Estimated annual salary range: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on location and experience.
