The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Inspector to join our Building Control team. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside global leading designers, project managers, developers and clients to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect buildings and structures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Membership of RICS, CABE or equivalent (or qualified by suitable experience), ensuring CPD requirements are met thereafter to broaden and develop skills.
  • Ideally demonstrating compliance through registering as an RBI (all levels will be considered).
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a large project team.
  • Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, development of suitable solutions and the implementation of these solutions.
