  • About the Role:
  • In this pivotal position at Warner Music Group, you'll spearhead global priority artist campaigns, collaborating closely with major tech platforms and innovative start-ups. Your expertise will drive digital innovation, creative development, and advertising.
  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to drive fan and audience growth.
  • Manage external agency relationships, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output.
  • Design and implement influencer marketing strategies, building in-house relationships and supporting global creator deals.
  • Create, curate, and commission engaging content for advertising campaigns and social media channels.
  • Pursue creative and innovative approaches to promote artists.
  • Share best practices, learnings, and innovations in digital marketing with the WMG team.
  • Enhance WMG's owned digital channels.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform and refine creative strategies, aligning with audience preferences and trends.
  • Compile and distribute a weekly digest on industry trends, new platforms, and creative campaigns.
  • Apply media buying fundamentals to enhance advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee content performance, making adjustments to optimize campaign results.
  • Collaborate with strategy, data, and insights to streamline processes around planning, delivery, and reporting.
  • Lead global creative taskforces, presenting and owning creative excellence globally.
  • Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, creating, and managing digital content.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and leading projects.
  • Effective relationship management with external agencies.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, AdWords, TikTok, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of the TikTok landscape, including content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
  • A passion for music and the entertainment industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Previous experience in a senior or managerial role within a creative or digital marketing agency.
