As a Senior Knowledge Analyst within BCG's Public Sector practice, you will play a vital role in shaping economic development strategies and providing expert insights to our clients.
You'll collaborate with case teams and topic leaders, leveraging your deep understanding of macro-economic modeling, policy analysis, and initiative impact evaluation to solve complex challenges.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform client projects.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge assets related to economic development trends and best practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating complex economic concepts.
- Contributing to the growth of BCG's intellectual property by developing new thought leadership content.

We are seeking individuals with:
- 1-2+ years of consulting experience in economics (preferred), or 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Economics (advanced degree a plus).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
