About Route One

Route One provides expert services for bridge deck maintenance and protection. Our team has extensive experience in supply and installation of bridge expansion joints, concrete repairs, and structural protection systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and being responsible on-site for the workforce, plant, materials, Suppliers, and sub-contractors.

Key responsibilities include leading a team to install products as per installation guidelines, logging and reporting any deviations from the product installation guidelines, and completing the Real-time Electronic site file in line with company policy and IMS.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 22 days annual leave, company pension, life insurance, birthday voucher, free parking, accommodation paid by company, shift incentive scheme, and company vehicle.

Requirements
  • Experience in managing a team and supervising operatives on-site.
  • Possession of CSCS card.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team effectively.
  • SSSTS (Desirable).
