Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys, taking bulk samples, and documenting findings on tablets.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer asbestos surveying services, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
  • Take bulk samples and document findings on tablets.
  • Engage in company training, uphold the Code of Conduct, and support flexible work arrangements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of work according to company procedures and regulations.
  • Attend team meetings, complete reports promptly, and review recommendations.
  • Conduct asbestos air testing and supervise removal projects, coordinating with clients and contractors.
  • Participate in quality control schemes and identify business opportunities.
  • Provide technical advice and assist in achieving company objectives.

Requirements:

  • BOHS P402 - Asbestos Surveyors qualification or equivalent essential.
  • BOHS P403, P404 - Asbestos Analysts qualification or equivalent essential.
  • Previous experience within the asbestos industry essential.
