We are seeking an accomplished Mentor and Practitioner to join our Children and Young Persons Team.
Key Objectives- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and partners to drive positive change.
- Guarantee compliance with statutory requirements and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Deliver exceptional supervision, coaching, and mentoring to enhance staff and student capabilities.
- Promote data-driven decision-making to ensure continuous improvement.
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in statutory children's social work, with a history of successful supervision and mentoring.
- In-depth understanding of relevant laws and policies, including safeguarding, assessment, and risk management.
- Strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Welcome bonus of £1,000 upon joining.
- £350 referral bonus for each successful candidate referral.
£47,420 per annum + bonuses. Full-time role based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
