About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the fenestration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trade sales process and be able to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trade customers, including installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations.
  • Sell a range of PVC-u and aluminium windows and doors to these customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will also need a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.

What We Offer:

The company offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, plus monthly commission of circa 2% of all sales. A fully expensed company car and full benefits are also included.
