Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our team in supporting children with autism and associated learning difficulties. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to children with autism. This will involve:

  • Implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)/Verbal Behaviour (VB) principles in teaching
  • Working one-to-one and in small groups to meet individual student needs
  • Collaborating with the class team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Psychology degree or equivalent qualification
  • Full right to work status in the UK

The salary range for this position is £30,000 - £38,000 per year, taking into account relevant experience.
