Clinical Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent Care division. As an autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing health and clinical needs of patients, undertaking consultations, and using your advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients' health and clinical needs
- Undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner
- Use advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients
- Work collaboratively with multi-professional teams to enhance capacity and capability
- Master's level award or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in urgent care or primary care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
