We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager role in our Southampton Airport Premier Inn. As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hotel experience to ensure it's welcoming, safe, and brilliant.
  • Work closely with the leadership and housekeeping teams to achieve this goal.
  • Ensure all aspects of the hotel experience are well-managed and efficient.
