Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team at Dales Community Care. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, with dignity and respect.
• Support clients with medication management and administration, and monitor their health conditions.
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Provide assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable and safe living environment.
• Engage in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Full driving license and car required for this role.
