Workshop Technician

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Technician to join our client's team in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous refurbishment of specialist equipment, ensuring each product meets exemplary standards before customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble specialist products, ensuring all parts function correctly and meet safety standards.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and inspections to guarantee that all refurbished products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on workshop tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Work closely with other technicians and the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of refurbished products.
  • Occasionally assist with customer inquiries related to technical aspects of our products.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in mechanical repair, restoration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using workshop tools and equipment.
  • Strong focus on quality and precision in all tasks.
  • Ability to diagnose and fix issues independently and efficiently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well in a team.
  • Capable of performing manual tasks and lifting heavy components.

Please note that this is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of circa £30,000 + bonus and a range of benefits, including on-site gym membership and a generous bonus scheme.
