Crime Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Crime Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd in Epping. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in criminal law who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on legal rights and responsibilities and ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Conducting advocacy in court, preparing cases for trial, and liaising with counsel when necessary.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of criminal law, procedures, and regulations.
- Attending police stations for interviews under caution, often outside normal working hours, on a rota basis.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in criminal law.
- Strong advocacy skills with experience representing clients in Magistrates' and Crown Courts.
- Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours police station rota.
