The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and become a key member of the business. As the QHSE Coordinator, you will contribute to a wide range of interesting projects. The role can be based in either the Aberdeen office or a southern location, with regular travel required between offices and off-site locations.
Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.
- Control, issue, and update all QHSE documentation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Supervise the QHSE Audit Programme and ensure adherence to schedule.
- Ensure regular safety meetings take place and are accurately minuted.
- Review non-conformities in work routines and apply corrective action.
- Maintain QHSE records that provide objective evidence of the effective working of the QHSE systems.
- Hold a qualification in Management Systems Auditing (minimum Internal Auditor Qualification).
- Experience working within ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
- NEBOSH certification.
- Valid driving license.
- Good understanding of engineering and fabrication practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Optimistic and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Innovative and creative thinker.
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively.
- Adaptable and reacts well to challenges.
