Driver/Branch Assistant 7.5T

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver/Branch Assistant to join our team at MEP Hire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting equipment from customers in a 7.5t vehicle, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and Collect Equipment: Safely transport and deliver equipment to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Provide Customer Support: Demonstrate equipment usage, provide product knowledge, and resolve customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle checks, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and revenue.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete customer and business documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Driving Experience: Possess a valid 7.5t UK driving license and have a good knowledge of the area.
- Customer Service: Enjoy meeting people, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with customers.
- Technical Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of machinery and equipment, or be willing to learn and develop your skills.
- Health and Safety: Possess a basic knowledge of health and safety in the workplace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
