We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Parts Advisor to join our client in Heathrow. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the correct parts and accessories are supplied to the customer, as per the order.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • To answer customer enquiries accurately and promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To locate parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliers, ensuring efficient delivery of customer orders.
  • To process customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate stock records and inventories.
  • To build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and effective supply of parts and accessories.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, providing excellent customer service.
">Requirements:">
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the motor industry, with a good understanding of motor parts and accessories.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of databases, with the ability to update the parts database regularly.
  • Full driving licence, with a clean driving record.
