Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Processing: Accurately collect, check, and certify client and provider documentation, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Client Communication: Regularly update clients and lenders on case status, providing clear and concise information via phone, email, and letter.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including protection consultants, to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with other reasonable tasks as required by your line manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
