Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager

About the Role
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. As a key member of the business, you will play a strategic role in developing the mechanical contracting division, working closely with the electrical team to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of the works, adequate progress, and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes.
- Manage and support the site teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering mechanical projects, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
What We Offer
This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus bonus. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and drive growth and success.
