Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and staff to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients onsite, acting as a point of contact and providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the rehabilitation team, including managing records, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist with the downloading of medical documentation to client files and ensure that records are saved to the database in line with procedures.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information on rehabilitation services and programs.
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
  • Provide support to the business systems and performance manager with duties including dealing with IT equipment, ordering stationery, and maintaining the Text Anywhere System.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
