We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Domestic Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a positive and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are spotless and meet the required security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Undertake any other tasks requested by management that are appropriate for the post.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or a related field, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
