The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has at least one year of post-graduation experience as a veterinary surgeon.
  • Is committed to providing exceptional care to patients and their owners.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

This role involves working as a veterinary surgeon within a supportive and community-focused environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development and collaboration with experienced colleagues.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,500 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
  • Up to 6 months' accommodation provided for those relocating.
  • RCVS fees covered, and membership in VDS included.
  • £1,000 CPD allowance per year, with potential for further support for CPD/certificates on an individual basis.
  • A full-time rota of 4 days per week (8:30 am - 7:00 pm, with at least one day finishing at 5:00 pm, emergencies allowing) and 2 Saturday mornings (8:30 am - 12:00 noon) in five.
  • Minimal on-call duties, with OOH services handled by Vets Now.
