As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality breakfast services to our guests, while also maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposal.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a breakfast chef or kitchen porter role.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
