Job Title: Field Based Homecare Assessor

Join our team at BMS Performance as a Field Based Homecare Assessor, where you will play a crucial role in representing our client in their homecare division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of end users with the support of Occupational Therapists, focusing on supplying the appropriate moving and handling equipment.

About the Role:

As a Field Based Homecare Assessor, you will be part of a team focused within the community, at medical centres and schools. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with Occupational Therapists and other local authority professionals to identify the needs of end users and provide the necessary moving and handling equipment. You will be the equipment specialist, while the clinical specialist will be the Occupational Therapist.

Day-to-day, you will attend pre-planned joint visits with Occupational Therapists and other local authority professionals, working in a high-activity and proactive role. You will also attend exhibitions, training days, and product evaluation days to increase your knowledge of medical devices and moving & handling techniques.

Requirements:
  • Moving and handling experience, such as MSK/physio, healthcare assistant, carer, personal trainer, or medical engineer.
  • Full driving licence
  • Happy to travel daily across the M4 corridor
The Package:
  • Basic Salary - £33,000 - £42,000
