Financial Planning Advisor

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 plus performance bonus & company benefits package
A leading Financial Planning business with a number of offices in the South West is seeking a client-facing Paraplanner to join their existing advice team.
The focus of the position will be supporting the Senior Leadership with the provision of advice to their existing client base. The role will offer an excellent opportunity to build on or develop client interaction skills involved with financial planning as you attend all client review meetings, liaise directly with existing clients on existing advice cases and act as the main point of contact for your clients' queries while also producing detailed suitability reports and robust financial plans to help the firm deliver first-class advice service to clients.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and personable, with an ability to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity to take a further step towards Advice and work in a more fulfilling Paraplanning position that allows for oversight of the whole advice process
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to existing clients of the business and Senior Leadership Team.
- Producing high-quality financial analysis and suitability letters.
- Preparing client review information for existing client meetings.
- Undertaking research and producing cash flow modelling reports for clients.
- Attending annual client review meetings.
Skills/Qualifications
- Candidates will ideally hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
- Previous experience within a fast-paced Paraplanning role is essential.
- An excellent communicator, who is able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A team player, who others can rely on.
