Job Title: CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and setting up 5 Axis CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programming and setting up 5 Axis CNC machines
  • Producing components to the required standards
  • Supervising CNC Operators and monitoring their performance
  • Managing day-to-day production activities and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identifying and recommending manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role or industry
  • CAD CAM experience, preferably with SolidCAM
  • Comprehensive experience with 5 Axis machining
  • Quoting machining time and component costing
  • Experience with machining various materials, including Aluminium, Mild steel, and Stainless steel
