Hardware Product Development Specialist

About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced AutoCAD Hardware Engineer to join our aerospace technology company in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing hardware products, with a focus on product life cycle management, circuit design, and PCB layout design.
Responsibilities:
- Design and validate products to meet customer requirements.
- Direct circuit design and PCB layout design.
- Ensure product quality and support system, hardware, and software integration and qualification.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working on hardware product design.
- Proficiency in complex, multi-layer PCB design using tools like Allegro.
- Experience with MCUs/FPGAs/DSPs/RF design.
