Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Partner to join our team in Bolton. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance deadlines are met, and overseeing the onboarding of new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a reduced portfolio of clients, ensuring timely compliance and delivery of high-quality services.
- Oversee the management of a team of assistants and accountants, reviewing work and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Develop and deliver training plans to foster an environment where team members can grow and develop.
- Monitor performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to delight clients and facilitate growth.
- Proactively measure and monitor results to increase client numbers and contribute to the EBITDA of the business.
- Part or newly qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance-focused role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
