About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Trading Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Digital Trading Team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and optimizing online performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Team to develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging data analysis and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on digital trade performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify best-selling products and optimize stock levels, ensuring maximum online sales potential.
  • Produce high-quality reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating informed business decisions.
  • Prioritize workflow to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Ensure products have accurate and compelling content, working with teams to resolve any issues and optimize sales performance.
  • Support the delivery of seasonal promotions and campaigns, aligning with the company's trading calendar.
  • Optimize customer experience through daily site walks and data analysis, driving categorization and product content improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to the company's growth, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders, utilizing effective communication and people management skills.
Requirements
  • Valid working rights for EMEA countries.
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably in a business or numeric-related subject.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan and organize own workload.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
