Compassionate Care Coordinator

Job Overview:
Sonderwell is seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team in Middlesbrough, supporting a young client with complex health needs. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support, ensuring the client's comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Salary Range:
£28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:Essential Duties:- Delivering high-quality care and support to meet the client's individual needs.
- Assisting with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Managing medication administration and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid UK driving licence is also essential.
