To be successful as a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will need:

  • Experience in a care setting, preferably with a qualification in health and social care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality care that respects individual needs and preferences.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in using electronic care planning systems.
  • Enhanced DBS/PVG clearance (or willingness to undergo).
