This Part Time Support Worker position is available at Affinity Trust. You will work closely with two individuals who have lived together for many years.
The salary for this role is approximately £23,508 per annum (£11.77 per hour), based on 30 hours per week.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for adapting your support to fit the daily needs and preferences of each person. This includes encouraging individuals to make their own choices, helping them to do things themselves, and promoting independence.
You will also support people to build confidence and life skills, facilitate community integration, and celebrate achievements.
