About the RoleIn this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Group Employee Experience Director and be responsible for implementing and continuously enhancing a comprehensive wellbeing strategy. You will lead the development and delivery of global processes, systems, and initiatives that protect the health of our people, support physical and mental wellbeing, and create work environments where our diverse employees can truly thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and continually improve a comprehensive Wellbeing Strategy.
- Develop and refine fit-for-purpose programmes and initiatives covering all dimensions of health and wellbeing.
- Partner closely with Safety colleagues in relation to all identified areas of risk and collaborate with business leaders, functional leaders, and external partners to align wellbeing efforts and ensure engagement and commitment.
- Provide regular reports on budget utilisation and programme effectiveness to senior management and stakeholders.
- Establish and manage a Global Wellbeing Steering Committee and provide regular updates on wellbeing initiatives to key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing strategic guidance and direction to position the organisation as a leader in employee wellbeing and people experience.
- Significant experience developing, implementing, promoting, and evaluating a contemporary wellbeing programme and strategy for a large complex organisation.
- Experience in working for a highly regulated industry, where you have had to navigate complex and dynamic regulatory environments in order to operate legally and successfully.
