We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Greenkeeper to join our team at Get Golfing CIO. As a key member of our golf course maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the golf course is presented to the highest standards.

• Maintenance and Care of the Golf Course
  • Ensure the golf course is maintained to the highest standards, including tees, fairways, greens, and rough areas.
  • Manage and maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
• Turf Management
  • Mow turf using tractors, ride-on machines, and specialist hand mowers.
  • Treat turf to ensure consistent playing surfaces.
  • Use environmentally friendly treatments to control weeds, fungal diseases, and pests.
• Course Operations
  • Respond to enquiries and deal with golfers in line with current responsibilities and management guidance.
  • Attend to drainage problems and apply irrigation as required.
  • Cut new holes on greens and repair wear and tear caused by golfers and animals.

• Qualified to a level 2 NVQ in sports turf management.
• Strong team orientation, work ethic, and great communication skills.
