Job Title: Utility Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Utility Data Specialist to join our team. As a Utility Data Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting data from gas, electricity, and water meters at commercial and residential properties.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Retrieving data from domestic, commercial, and industrial sites for Water, Gas, and Electric Meters.
  • Carrying out visual inspections of associated metering equipment.
  • Charging Point Surveys.

In this role, you will work independently with a drive and motivation to collect accurate data. You will also be required to adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all times.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 to £31,000 per annum based on 40-45 hours per week.
  • Bonus scheme with earnings up to £600 monthly.
  • Overtime rates (£16 - £18) at manager's discretion.
  • Business expenses reimbursed.

  • No previous experience required.
  • Progression and promotion opportunities for higher earnings.
  • Up to 28 days holiday per year (on an accrual basis).
  • Full uniform and PPE provided.
  • Company car.
  • Full training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence - Minimum 1 year, maximum 6 points, NO DR Offences.
  • Physically fit and have no issues with bending in tight spaces, lifting or kneeling, climbing stairs, crouching, and walking on average 6-7 miles a day.
  • Happy to work in all weather conditions.
  • Clear DBS check (no unspent criminal convictions).
  • Credit Report check (No county court judgements, IVA, debt relief orders recorded for the last 6 years).
  • Previous Customer Service experience (preferred not essential).
