- Hold minimum A level/BTEC qualifications, with a degree or equivalent being beneficial.
- Have a track record of meeting sales quotas in a financial services environment.
- Benefit from holding professional qualifications in finance or banking.
- Be ideal to possess knowledge of hire purchase, leasing, or B2B lending.
- Be desirable to understand financial services regulations and industry policies, including anti-money laundering, data protection, fraud prevention, and fair treatment of customers.
