Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to empower customers to reach their full potential and build independent lives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and guiding them effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with adults who have faced homelessness.
  • A positive and flexible attitude with a strong commitment to helping others.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well.
  • Strong organizational abilities, along with proficient written and numerical communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines effectively.
  • A recognized qualification in Health and Social Care (NVQ3 or equivalent) is essential.
