Job Overview

The company undertakes an array of environmental and building acoustics services, including noise impact assessments to support planning applications, acoustic building and mechanical design, noise modeling, noise at work, and UKAS accredited sound insulation testing.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate delivery of a wide variety of acoustic projects, excellent time management, a thorough understanding of British Standards, and competence in attending site, data processing, and report writing.

This varied role will enhance your skills and continue to develop and shape your career in acoustics, affording good opportunities within a dynamic consultancy, supported by the existing teams.

The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and development of the business, undertaking technical project work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding and applying relevant UK noise policy, regulations, and standards
  • Processing data, report writing, and technical review work
  • Managing projects and advising clients on developments
  • Developing client relationships
  • Liaising with clients, local authority officers, and stakeholders
  • Travel and surveys may be required outside of standard working hours
