Corporate Finance Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Corporate Finance team as a Corporate Finance Executive. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on strategic financial decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and general corporate advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial models, business plans, and pitch presentations for clients
  • Conduct commercial analysis and provide strategic advice to clients on financial matters
  • Support the team in lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification or up to 2 years PQE
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
  • Commercial acumen and technical knowledge of accounting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
