Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our team as a Solution Architect. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to complex business problems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and design and implement solutions that meet those needs while balancing technology risks against business delivery. This includes identifying and implementing technologies and platforms, applying workload placement strategies, and incorporating security principles into best practice designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, have experience working across multiple projects/initiatives, and be able to apply problem-solving techniques to drive deliverable and operational solutions. A development background in tools such as Confluence and Jira is also highly regarded, as well as experience in cloud technology and GenAI solutions.
