Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Warden to join our team at Retallack Resort and Spa. As a Security Warden, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff during late evening and nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests into the park after hours and providing a reassuring presence
  • Patrolling the park by foot and vehicle to ensure the perimeters are secure and all is well within the park
  • Assisting guests with out-of-hours problems such as maintenance, accommodation, or guest services
  • Maintaining a security presence onsite, being vigilant, proactive, and responsive
  • Responding to all emergency calls and providing first aid, fire, and other necessary assistance
  • Providing on-site information and local information to the team and customers

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Customer service skills and a friendly and cheerful demeanor
  • Physical fitness to move around the park on foot
