About the Role

Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Web Conversion Optimisation Expert to join our team in the vibrant city of Brighton.

Our client is a leading e-commerce travel and tourism company located in central Brighton, with a strong focus on innovation and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in e-commerce conversion optimisation, with a strong understanding of usability and key drivers to conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise analytic tools to improve customer experience, including Google Analytics, Optimizely, and HP Optimost.
  • Design and implement multivariate and A/B testing strategies to drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend new approaches to the team.
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and its key drivers.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
