About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at The Access Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, working closely with their leadership to deliver value through our technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to deliver value to our customers and present insights to businesses.
  • Manage the sales process with support from presales and consultancy teams.
  • Work with Customer Success to set business objectives and aim to meet sales targets for software and consultancy services.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide team feedback, lead customer meetings, and ensure a smooth handover to the projects team.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives, building strong, long-term relationships, and effectively communicating value at the highest level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of achieving success in previous roles.
  • Naturally curious, eager to learn, and ready to share innovative ideas with your team and customers.
  • A solid grasp of business practices, enabling you to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent writing skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, efficiently creating reports, analyzing data, and preparing presentations.
  • A full driving license, allowing you to travel as needed to meet customers and attend events.
