About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Service Engineer to join our After Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing our range of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair forklift trucks and other material handling equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns and provide local after-sales support to customers
  • Deal promptly with customer enquiries, problems, or complaints
  • Keep control of vehicle stock/deliveries
  • Achieve agreed targets
Requirements
  • Experience working as a forklift engineer, plant fitter, plant technician, or similar role
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Effective planning and organisational skills
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
