Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives?

We're looking for a skilled and empathetic Employment Advisor to join our team at Reed in Partnership. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping jobseekers overcome challenges and achieve their employment goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with jobseekers to understand their needs and challenges
  • Booking jobseekers onto relevant training courses to enhance their skills and employability
  • Supporting jobseekers with CV writing and job application processes
  • Liaising with employers to identify job opportunities for our jobseekers
  • Outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership within the local community

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Coaching and mentoring experience, with a proven ability to persuade and influence others
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment, such as customer services, hospitality, or social care
  • Experience working in a performance-driven environment, with a focus on achieving targets
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with customers and employers
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
