Your Role

As part of our friendly and busy commercial team, you will focus on a variety of contractual arrangements linked to student accommodation. The team regularly works on high-value and high-profile projects, often with national importance, acting across a range of sectors for Government departments, contracting authorities, and private sector clients on complex and high-value commercial contracts.

  • Advising universities and private sector consortia bidding on projects.
  • Collaborating closely with external financial and commercial advisers and internal procurement, construction, planning, banking, corporate, and real estate teams.

You will be given early responsibility to run your own projects and matters, with support from the partners and other associates in the team. To succeed in this role, you will require good technical legal skills with a sound understanding of contract, tort, and statute law. Flexible working is also available.
