Job Description
The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with a relevant undergraduate degree, and ideally further qualifications and evidence of continuous self-development and updated knowledge in relevant areas. They will have a minimum of three years' teaching experience, ideally including KS5 and in multi-ethnic urban schools, and a deep understanding of the academy's curriculum, policies, and procedures. The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves leading a team of teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning, driving student progress, and developing a curriculum that meets the needs of all students. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning across the subject area, developing and implementing a curriculum that is engaging, relevant, and differentiated for students, and managing and deploying teaching and support staff, financial and physical resources, to achieve high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of a culture of collaboration, respect, and inclusivity, and promote the academy's values and vision.
