We are seeking a highly skilled Powered Access Engineer to join our team at Highgrove Recruitment Group Limited.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work with specialized equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. As a Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic faults, maintaining certification with CAP & IPAF Licenses, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations of electrical and hydraulic system failures, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and manage licenses and certifications, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Extensive experience in electrical and hydraulic fault finding, with a strong understanding of maintenance protocols.
- Valid CAP & IPAF Licenses, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
- A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- A full UK driving license, enabling efficient travel to job sites.
